Timer widget, when I swipe up

Where I am
I have an AWU2, with the latest WatchOS. Over the past couple of weeks or so, I have noticed that from time to time, my scroll up menu from the main screen of the Apple Watch, will show a timer.

From the edit option, I have removed it countless times, and it always returns. Is this a default setting by Apple now?

On the watch, go to Smartstack and its settings. One can make adjustments for various apps there...
