Timing voice over's

Is there a program for mac so i can type the words of the voice over and it will estimate how long it will take an average person to speak what is on paper in a full sentence? I have a script with some voice overs on it, but i dont have the actually audio to know the time codes. Is there a program that can estimate the time code for me so i can match the transition move with the words?

How about a trusty old stopwatch? Simply going by a word count won't be very accurate. It doesn't take into account cadence.
