Hello,

I am experiencing an odd situation with my iPhone 14 Pro since I have updated from iOS 18 to iOS 26. I'm experiencing tingling sensations in my hands while using the device. I tried to limit the CPU and GPU power as much as I can in the settings section but tinting Liquid Glass, reducing motion, and so on. Unfortunately, nothing is helping. I don't know what to do at this point. It seems that I can't downgrade to iOS 18 and that I'm stuck on iOS 26. This issue did not present on iOS 18 and I'm finding it hard to believe that the update caused some major defect in the hardware. Most likely it's due to the power drawn for Liquid Glass.

Any suggestions?

If Liquid Glass can cause tingling, then you entire body must be burning when watching an action movie or running Geekbench.

Sorry, I must disagree. If you go on Reddit there are complaints regarding this matter. Especially, Macbook Pros.

Admittedly I’m not a doctor, but I don’t believe the iOS upgrade is causing your issue. I’d suggest talking to your doctor. Maybe your upgrade was around the same time as the hand issue began, but that doesn’t mean it’s the cause.
Agreeable this is much like when I heard of people stopping wearing Apple Watch due to wrist burns or nerve pain
