is this like a lot of his iPhone 13 pro max have panel issues in terms red or green tinting in certain areas of the display so was interested in seeing how many of you have this issue versus people who don’t.

I’m sorry to read that. It can be frustrating.
My 13 Pro Max does not but my wife’s 12 from last year was very bad. Had green and red tint in different areas of her screen.

I’m very picky and have returned a few iPhones because of screen issues in the past.

I got lucky with my launch day 13 Pro Max. Very uniform display snd no discernible tint issue. Only quibble is off axis color shifting. Pretty much happy with my phone. For reference, I have a G9P panel, not that it really matters.

Mines is also very uniform and no tinting issues. Just for reference. I have the G9N panel, and as above mentioned don't really matter. It's just where it was cut. I've had G9P before, that one wasn't perfect. I've had G9Q as well (was perfectly uniform), however it scratches/gauges on the stainless steel out of the box (which is a definite return). IF it wasn't for a scratches, then I would have kept that one LOL

I have green tint. Apple claimed it is normal because it’s the best display they’ve ever made and therefore at low brightness settings you are just seeing all the colors ?.

(The 13 Pro max looks red but in reality is a little yellow not red)

Is that with True Tone enabled? If it is, what does it look like with True Tone off? My 13 Pro Max is cooler (bluer) with True Tone off.

How did you do that picture? I don't know the conditions so I can replicate it...
I used the attached image and went into a dark room with my brightness set to 20% and took a photo of my screen.
