tiny keychain Vonnage phone - not for Macs?

I've posted before about an phone module for "regular" iPods that would be a similar form factor to the FM radio module... Use the iPod as a screen/input and provide only the phone functions in the outboard module.

Can you answer and talk on this Vonnage phone without the earpiece, I wonder?
