General Tiny Umbrella won't open

Just downloaded the newest tiny umbrella to save my blobs before the JB but it won't open. The java popup comes up to verify libraries and what not then nothing happens.

I had this problem too. Check your firewall and antivirus program to allow connection.

I don't use anti-virus and just turned off firewall, still not working.
