Tinygrab alternative (Snipping tool)

I wonder if anybody knows a little app like TinyGrab but that offers direct links.
TinyGrab is cute and does the job in theory but its links don't work on so many forums and even on this one it is an on and off thing.
I can get the direct link to the image file my opening Chrome developer tools and pick the direct link out of the source code of the the page that opens if you throw those links into the address bar.

Now I don't see how I can convince TinyGrab to just give me the damn direct link rather than this stupid shortened link that won't work in most forums.
So basically I need a screenshot upload tool like Tinygrab but without this odd limitation.
