hello everyone. i was saving my shsh(blobs) last night, and i noticed this morning my pictures (camera roll ) got deleted. i cant think of anything else
that would do that. i cant find any info on tiny umbrella website regarding
pictures getting deleted! So my ? is has anyone else seen this happen using
tiny umbrella?

It is not possible for TinyUmbrella to delete pictures from your phone. All it does is retrieve the ECID from your phone and then request your SHSH from either the Cydia server or Apple's. It doesn't write anything to your phone.

thx for the replys guys, have u guys ever heared of a bug on the ip4 on 4.0
randomly deleting pictures?

I have noticed that the photo app has problems with multitasking or something. If I delete pictures manually, the places they were occupying in the list show up as black boxes until I restart the phone and sometimes new pictures don't show up until I either restart the phone or, sometimes, force close the app and restart it. It's just weird.

BTW -aggie-, I'm taking the same approach your sig, FWIW. No one here is interested in actually learning anything anymore and I'm done wasting my time on them. Yours is a good idea. :)

Both my and my wife's iPhone 4 don't play well with iPhoto. Very buggy, sometimes requires two syncs to import and move photos, or sometimes we have to restart the phone.

Haven't lost any photos yet. Hope they fix this.

thx for the help! i rebooted the phone, and now the camera roll is showing all the pictures.

I've had several different issues with photos on the new iPhone, everything from the aforementioned black boxes showing up in place of deleted photos to photos arbitrarily being shuffled around within the Camera Roll to it taking a couple of syncs for new ones to transfer from my PC to the phone (through iTunes).
