TinyUmbrella problem(no TTS Service)

Hi everybody!
Connecting my iPone 3GS (new bootrom)and oppening TinyUmbrella I get a message:Cannot start TTS Service;DO NOT TRY RESTORING YOUR DEVICE(/etc/hosts is not writable)
I'm on 4.2.1.and BB 6.15.00.I see my saved SHSH blobs in TU,but that's all!
Is there any solution,because I want to downgrade to 4.1.Is possible to downgarde BB too?:Thanks!:confused:
