TinyUmbrella update means we can jailbreak 4.1?

Hmm looks like just the phone updated with the old baseband. Thus leaving the phone unlockable but not jailbroken. Could be wrong.
Not at all, it means that TinyUmbrella got an update.... It can save your 4.1.0 SHSHs, and it can update to 4.1 without upgrading the bootrom and it can create a TSS server that supports it.
It's all right there on the link you posted, nothing about Jailbreaking 4.1
No, not yet.....
All he did was update to iOS 4.1 without updating the baseband. It is very clear in the blog post.
