A couple months ago, I moved from an apartment close to campus to a house quite a bit farther away. However, whenever I'm home, my iPhone's GPS seems to think that I'm at my old apartment.
It took me a while to figure out why: The assisted GPS stuff from Skyhook Wireless that the iPhone has utilizes the locations of cell towers and access points to determine its location. To determine this, Skyhook drives around to figure out where access points are and builds a giant database of them, etc.
But therein lies the problem: My access points have moved with me!
It looks like Skyhook has a page where you can correct their information. I haven't yet tried this (will do so when I get home), but that should fix it.
