(Yes, I'll admit, I've neglected to do so, as well.)

Lately there have been several iPod questions being posted in both the Hardware and Software sections of the boards with answers right on Apple's website.

One question was regarding a user's Powerbook freezing up when the iPod was connected to the machine. Another user had a question about this icon:
