Tips and tricks for iSync w/ Exchange 2007 Needed

I am trying to set up Address Book to pass contacts to Exchange 2007 via the internal iSync conduit. It does not seem to be working.

Is Exchange 2007 supported? My OWA server address begins https://123tog...
It has no www in front. Does iSync parse https with or without a www in front?

How do you manually force syncing to test? I don't want to wait an hour to see if it's working. Does Address Book need to be running.

Are there third party apps that move contacts around more easily to get them into Exchange?

Every installation of Exchange Server is different. Exchange can do what you want if it is setup to allow it. You need to work with your IT staff to ensure the features you need are enabled.
