I don't know if these are true, so please dispell if so, but I've heard that not letting your battery get low and trying to turn your phone off at night can help keep the battery long lasting.

If that's true, is there any other tips you can add to this?

Thanks.

I know everyone's mileage is different but I have never worried about battery life. I plug in when I go to sleep, unplug in the morning, and my iPhone lasts all day. I do disable a few unnecessary location services and I never saw a benefit to background app refresh so I turn that off too. Other than that, I run pretty much stock.

runtime:
keep your screen dim (or not brighter than needed)
turn off unneeded antennas, like bluetooth or even wifi

battery health (and i always get burned alive for saying this):
don't leave it on AC after reaching 100%, longer than necessary
lithium cells prefer 4.0v, and have less life with heavy 4.2 or 4.3v

Belkin has a power gizmo, that you can set to .5, 3 or 6 hours. If a full charge takes less than 6, it will make an ideal battery protection strategy.

Are you talking about this?
