Tips for uninstalling Parallels

I'm ready to call my Parallels experiment failed. I will be uninstalling it, but I want to make sure my files under "Microsoft User Data" is saved and I don't lose anything. I'm backed up on the cloud and carbonite, but I want to be sure.
Should I uninstall office, then uninstall windows, then parallels? Or will unistalling parallels do it?
