It seems like nowadays a lot of workplaces has “scripted” ways of saying certain things and for me, it’s really uncomfortable but it seems like a lot of people are able to make it their own and let it flow.. but I struggle with it greatly so I just need some tips on how to get better at it. Need any tips you guys can provide.

In what areas does this 'scripting' occur?

Is it technical language, jargon, or is it other - more general - areas?

Is it the area in which you work, - with which you are familiar - or, is it in an entirely different area?

Are they looking to present a 'corporate image'?

"Yes" is not an answer to the questions I asked.

In order to give advice, you need to offer more information as to what it is precisely that you need to know.

Oh, sorry. I replied underneath the questions on the quoted post but somehow the “yes” only showed up. Let me see if I can re-do it.

In the areas the scripting occurs, pretty much when dealing with clients which is the main part of my job

Technical language - exclusive to the company and their beliefs

In the area that I work - I just need to get comfortable using it and making it my own.

Yes, there is a corporate image involved. It’s used corporate wide.
