Hey all,

My girlfriend and I recently picked up two Sandy Bridge MBPs. I opted to go BTO for the hi-res anti glare screen and she the standard base model.

What I've found is her keyboard feels much "tighter" than mine, in that the keys on her machine make a softer sound and take a little more effort to press, though they don't press down as far.

Mine on the other hand make a more audible click noise when you press them, though they all work well within spec I'm sure.

Exchanging isn't an option as I live overseas after picking it up in the States, and all the keys work fine, I was just wondering if anyone had any tips for making the keyboard springs / base / whatever smoother and less "clicky."

Thanks!

Anyone try disassembling the laptop to toy withe the keyboard? May give it a go anyway but figured it was worth asking if others have tried.
