Tips on transferring iPhoto album?

My mother is currently using iPhoto 3.x (at least I think it's 3.x... it's the last iPhoto version that was free). But I'm handing down a new computer to her, and that one has iPhoto '05. Any tips on transferring her photo album over to iPhoto '05?
