Tips to Drag and Drop Full Screen, Floating Windows

I have a catch-22. I LOVE the full screen apps. It allows me to focus.

But there are two annoyances, that maybe you have found a solution to.

1) How do you easily drag and drop files while in Full Screen? You either have Un Full Screen, or switch desktops.

2) Sometimes I need one floating window from another App, while in Full Screen. Any solutions to this?

These two things are the big limitations of full-screen apps for now. Your only options for now are to switch to another desktop or take the app out of full-screen temporarily to do you task and then switch it back.
