Tips to installing case with SP on?

I have the Zagg IS on my iphone 4 (I am replacing it when Power Support SP comes out). When I put the Belkin Grip vue on it lifted up the sides of the SP. I just put on the Pixelskin HD and I saw some bubbling. Not terrible but I want to know if u have any advice on ways to put the case on better so it doesnt bring up the SP? I dont want to try to push the bubbles down and stretch the case. Should I take the case off and try again or just push the bubbles down and lift that part of the case? Thanks!
