Titan 6GB overlocked low FPS? Did I do something wrong

I installed my Titan in my Mac Pro, and when I play csgo I still only get around 150fps at high settings. I should be getting closer to around 300. Did I set it up wrong?

I'm using an external power supply. I am running the 6pin from the mother board. And the 8 pin from the external power supply. However the cable they give me from the power supply seems to only have 6 cables going into the power supply while 8 come out? Should it be the other way around?
