Do the late 2025 trail loops with reflective stitching wear out faster than the older versions?

I tried them on in the store, noticed they are a bit more rigid than the older versions, probably due to the new materials, I also noticed the part where the velcro attaches was very frayed and loose. I realize these are demo bands, but I have also seen some posts mentioning it happens to personal bands within a few months and Apple considers it normal wear. How are they holding up for users on this forum that have them?

I purchased the green/neon, if I notice a difference, I'll report here. It looks so nice, I could not pass it up!
