I was very worried moving from a Hermes SS to a new S5 Ti model that my stainless steel link bracelet wouldn't look right with the Ti watch.

I went ahead and purchased the Ti S5 and I've been super pleased with it in general. I thought I'd post up a pic of the watch on my SS link bracelet which I'm very happy with. I've actually noticed that, quite unexpectedly, the brushed finish of the SS link bracelet seems to blend better with the brushed Ti watch finish.

Ok so they are a different tone with the Ti watch being darker and the SS link bracelet being a bit lighter or even whiter by comparison. However, it seems that the way that light falls on the watch and bracelet the colour differences appear to be shading due to the brushing and overall the finish is very cohesive. I'd actually say the brushed SS link looks better with the Ti watch than polished SS on the non-edition or Hermes models.

Anyway I hope this is useful for those in the same boat as me when considering a Ti watch with SS link bracelet :)

Looks nice. With those bands, I have always been worried about my wrist hair getting caught in the band gaps. Along with the band scrapping, as I type on keyboards, and such...

Looks better with the Ti than with SS.

Hair getting trapped isn’t an issue but you are quite right, I have to take it when working on my MBP as otherwise you need to hold your wrist up to type or the bracelet will scratch the alu finish of the MBP

I have the S5 Titanium with the link bracelet. It makes the watch look very professional, classy. I have a scrub pad to tidy up the bracelet when it gets small surface scratches and a scrub pad for the Titanium portions. Yes, I’m a bit obsessive with the watch but it wasn’t a small investment and I like it to look good.
