Titles in iMovie 09

I have just started playing around with iMovie 09 and think it's pretty good. I was wondering if anyone knew how to manipulate the different title options. I know how to change the font, size & color but is there a way to move the titles to different parts of the screen? For instance, I want to use the "lense flare effect on a title but I want the title at the bottom of the screen, is this possible?

That is what I was afraid of. I am new tot he Mac since last November. I used to use a program that had great flexibility where you could literally customize every aspect of the show. It is a little hard to deal with limitations when in the past I've had total control making a show. I have alsop purchased Final Cut Studio 2 but haven't had the time to dive into that yet. I'm sure what I'm trying to do is possible using the suite of software but I was hoping that iMovie would make it a simple process.
