Hi there.
Im running an '11 MBP with 120GB system drive and a 500GB second 'Optibay' drive for my documents.
When I installed the 2nd drive I moved my user account to the 2nd drive using this tutorial - http://chris.pirillo.com/how-to-move-the-home-folder-in-os-x-and-why/
All good, all fine.. Until now when I start playing around.
For some reason I decided to format the 2nd drive, thinking it would be an easy process to restore just the data... not the system. I was wrong.
I cannot now log into my normal account, as Im gathering it now cannot find the home folder.
To restore. Can I simply log into another account and copy the Time Machine backup of that folder to the formatted drive?
