My problem is twofold! Yesterday evening my carry-around external HD packed up. Fortunately i had all info backed up on a second HD
I also have a 2 TB Timecapsule on which my laptop (2012 13" 125GB MacBook Air) should update. (manual setting)
When ever this volume is detected Carbon copy cloner (CCC) should also backup the attached HD.
Now:
Firstly even so I did back-up thru TM regularly the last backup is 37 days old!!
Even last night I made a TM "back-up now", but the "latest" backup is still fetching data and is 14KB small!
Secondly my ccc only gets to the same point. It compares existing data, starts cloning, copies data, several GB, but when I check nothing has changed on the Timecapsule!!!!

why is TM not updating?
Why does ccc copies data but it does not get stored on TC or does not show?
BTW there is only 335GB of 2000GB used!
Pls help as i rely on the TM backups and realy do not knoew what to do anymore!!!
