Tme Capsule - access to 2 PCs at the same time?

Have got an iMac running XP Pro under boot camp and another Dell running XP Pro that I want to hook up to a Time Capsule.

I can get one or other of the PCs to connect, but can't get both to connect at the same time.

I enter the device password on each machine, but only one seems to be able to access the TC at a time. Any ideas to get them both to connect simultaneously?
