Tmes Square template?

when I had ProCare and was taking classes on Final Cut Studio at the Apple store the genius showed me a template (iDVD or in FCS, not sure) that was a photo of times square in NYC with 2 jumbotrons that you could drop videos into.

He made it seem like it was part of the standard install but I can't find it anywhere, and searches here and on google don't turn it up.

Does anyone know what I am talking about and where I can find it?
