Is there a way to get FaceTime activated/working on my unlocked iPhone 4?

Assuming you mean, US T-mobile. Install an app called my3g. There are others, but I like this one. Then you can facetime over T-mobile 2g. But since 3g is iffy, I can not even imagine how crappy that will sound and look if it even connects.
