I bought an iPad mini several months ago on ebay and now I want to sell it. A few weeks after I bought it it started to say "no service" in the status bar. It never really bothered me until I wanted to sell it and I did an online check. It says that my iPad imei is blacklisted... Whatever that means. Can someone explain how I can fix this??

Means the original seller did not pay his/her bills, or it could've been reported stolen. Just another risk of buying second hand.

You would need to have it whitelisted... I guess contacting the original seller at this point is going to be fruitless.

Perhaps call up T-Mobile and explain your situation?

Okay. I guess I can call tmobile tomorrow. I wish I would have known to check that when the issue first started.
