TMobile - Jump! In Apple Retail Stores

Does Anyone know if you have a Tmobile Account with Jump plus if you can jump at an Apple retail store or add a line at an Apple retail store, or do you have to pay full retail if you want to get a phone from Apple, on their website it shows they do TMobile programs anybody try or know if this is in fact accurate and what they are able to do, I want to add a line or just Jump from another phone to a ^S Plus I have reserved, Thanks for your help!!!
