tmobile MMS, use data?

exactly what the title says. sucks im not able to receive or send pictures. if i enter the MMS stuff, will i be charged data even though i have it set to off?

need help because i want to send pics

MMS does use data. But most carriers have MMS data separate from internet data and have it free with the texting plan.

The MMS not working is a known issue on T-Mobile. There are a few links on the official T-Mobile forums regarding changing a few of the settings to get it to work better.

yea i know that, you have to enable it. im on an unlimited texting plan and obviously can send photos but its not enabled on the iphone and you have to do it yourself.

just want to do it but not worry about charges
