I upgraded to my 7+ when T-Mobile had their $649 trade in for the 6, which was an amazing deal. Yes, I had to sign for 24 months but I've been happy with them in the Boston area since back in 2004. $300 would not be enough for me to be tied in for 2 years even though I love them.
