If you purchase an Iphone 6S plus T mobile version for full price from the Apple Retail store for $949 the store employees are saying its unlocked and the same as the SIM Free 128 phone is this true and does it have the band 30 for AT&T, there appears to be a shortage of Sim free 128GB 6s Iphone Plus she said the TMobile was the same thing although the model number was different. Any one know about this?

T-mobile phone is unlocked, but it does not have band 30. So no it's not the same model as the sim-free.

Yes or the AT&T model since the sim free model and the AT&T model are exactly the same. Just that AT&T Model obviously comes with a sim card.

The AT&T model will work with TMobile or Cricket Sim? Do I need to be an AT&T customer to buy at Full price, it would be unlocked at time of purchase?
Thanks for your help

Yes att model will work with t mo sim or cricket sim. No you do not need to be att customer to buy at full price at the Apple Store. They will sell it as device only and no account info will be asked. You do if you need to order one online though.

The AT&T model will work with Cricket and TMO if you buy it for full price. You don't have to be an AT&T customer to buy it, and yes, any model you buy for full price from the Apple Store is unlocked. :D

Question - is the AT&T model an international model that can be used in the UK, Europe, North Africa, and Central Africa?

If you purchase the SIM-free model (which is the same as the AT&T model but without the AT&T SIM card), there will be no question about what network you can use. I have mine on Selectel, a Verizon MVNO, but I may switch to Cricket (AT&T MVNO) because of more data for almost the same price.

Assuming it's unlocked, then yes. If you paid full price for it, you should be good to go.
Correct. Also, some people who did Next with AT&T this year have been reporting that their iPhone is unlocked even though they haven't technically paid it off yet. So anyone who did Next with AT&T should check and see if their iPhone is unlocked.
