Tmobile user please come, 3gs 4.0 MMS problem

my plan is even more plus(without contract) 500mins talk, unlimited texting ( MMS included)
jailbreak + unlocked
i have tried almost everything
i have installed T-mobile MMS fix from sinfuliphone source
here is my setting

what did i miss?? how come its not working? i also search this kinda posts, most people fix the problem...so im not sure whats wrong with it

I just got this to work on my iPhone 4 - using the addon from sinfuliphone - but it took me a while to figure things out so that both sending and receiving would work (it took the addon to get the receiving working). Now, I can even send/receive MMS using my Pre-paid sim (that I keep as a backup to hang on to an old phone number).

I found helpful information over at the Modmyi.com forums in the T-mobile section. Perhaps you can get additional help there. I did not have a 3G or 3GS, but I think it should be possible if I got it working on iOS4 on iPhone 4.
