I wonder what sort of impact this will have for Apple products in general, and Apple Silicon based Macs in particular.

Apple is unlikely to be affected much by TSMC capacity constraints directly. Their wafer reservations is part of the reason TSMC capacity is strained in the first place.
That is not to say that Apple can’t be hit by shortages in other areas, (or perhaps rather that parts of their supply chain are, which in turn affects Apple). To some extent such glitches can always happen, regardless.
