To 2600XT owners post-update

Are you guys experiencing some anomalies? I sometimes get no picture on my monitor and need to reboot a few times. One time it took almost 5 minutes to show anything on the screen and it's just doing some funky stuff like that.

Anyone else affected?

hi, i've had 2 instances where my 8800GT has 'Flicked' the screen black twice for about 1-2 secs each time, my 2600 never did this *But* I never did the 2600 update...

the box for my 8800gt card states on the back :

Requires Mac Pro with PCI Express 2.0
and Mac OSX v10.5.2 with graphics update or later

My OSX Build (in about this mac) is 9C31

I've played a few games in Vista for a Good few hours and its never done this,
so I reckon its definitely an OSX problem/Bug.

No such problems, my 2600 just got noisier. Annoying but nothing else.

And I didnt' have any problems before the "update" neither

Is there an OS X/Windows/DOS-based method for grabbing
the old firmware just in case?
