To add new Push Notifications for my app

Hello

I have already existing app in the app store and I want to add Push Notifications to it, please reply if you can do it and the cost

we have a server and I think you need to build the server side code too, the idea is when I post any update or new article in my blog to reflect the app notfication to let the users that an updated or article been posted.
