"To" and "Cc" icons in mail listing?

Googling "to" and "cc" along with iphone and 3.0 doesn't really yield anything. I get the Cc, to indicate that I was cc'd on the email; but what the heck does the new "To" icon indicate in my inbox? Some mail has it and some doesn't, but it's obviously either sent to me or I'm cc'd.
