To erase everything on jailbroken iphone4,4.3.3, 04.10.01 baseband, please help ?

Could anybody please tell me step by step if i can erase everything safely, i tried to save shsh with tiny umbrella v5.10.03 , its telling me saved shsh are iphone4 5.0.1.
can i preserve same baseband in anyways ??

Erase everything: itunes, restore as new
