To Hard Case Or Not To Hard Case..

That is the question! So this is in response to my previous thread about the burgundy incase sleeve stains. What I'm thinking of doing is maybe purchasing a hard case and then putting it in the sleeve? I already purchased the sleeve, just waiting on it.. it's from craigslist for dirt cheap so I couldn't resist. What do you all think? What kind of hard case should I go for if I do.. and will it even be worth the money? I've already spent how much on the MacBook itself.. just want to take care of it, haha. Thanks!
