macOS To induce an Automator workflow which changes URLs sequently

Hello,

I need to create a workflow which sequently changes ULRs. Like for example:


Original URL:
http://www.url.com/directory/1/

Sequently changed:
http://www.url.com/directory/2/
http://www.url.com/directory/3/
http://www.url.com/directory/4/



Is that possible? And then it hat to check for certain terms, like for example:

"Index of/"

And all URLs with that term has to be saved to a text file.
