I scanned my iMac with ClamXav. It found 12 old phishing emails (Bank America spoof ca 2012) and I deleted them according to the protocol. Unfortunately, that did not remove the "Congratulations User" popup that has been bugging me for the past month or so. How can I kill the popup without downloading some av package that is more intrusive and annoying than the popup?
