To play consoles on my Macbook Pro

Hi all, I have a Macbook Pro and I want to play PS3 and Xbox 360 on it via s-video connection with no LAG! The question is, what is the cheapest and simplest solution? I know there are USB video capture cards out there, lots of them for PC but what about for Mac?

You can put it into video game mode where the lag is virtually none.

The one with an S-video input? The picture will be terrible (480i), though, and for $200 you'd be better off with a cheap LCD.

but s-video supports 480p no?
