To power a Molex connectoin from a SATA - help....

Right...im trying to find a connection to power this fan which is connected up to a molex.

I am looking to take one sata connection and have a SATA to Molex connection so i can power it. - All i seem to find is a Molex connection to power a sata - please help...im going mental

I've never seen one. Don't think it exists. You'll have to go back to a Molex source.

its the right molex connections but wrong sata.

Yes, exactly. Don't think I have ever seen a SATA male connector attached to a molex lead.

Get a Sata Male to Sata Male connector. Attach a Sata Female to Molex lead to the other end, then find the right Molex to Molex lead.
