To Snow Leopard or not to Snow Leopard?

Hi, I just got my first Mac Mini a few days ago and I noticed that it is sluggish and I keep getting the spinning beach balls several times a day. I am currently running leopard 10.5.8 and I was wondering if I should upgrade to Snow Leopard? Hope my specs help.

You can't. PowerPC is not supported in Snow Leopard.
