If I get an unlocked Blackberry Bold 9700, can I use the device's Wi-Fi to browse the Internet and download applications from App World if I don't have a SIM card inserted? Has anyone tried this with the Bold 9700? What about the Storm 9550? The Storm 2 doesn't need a SIM card because it is on Verizon's network (CDMA). So could I use the Storm 2 this way without activation?
