I called into Apple not to long ago and was told that the carrier is required to make 1 attempt to deliver to the billing address before they ship to the updated shipping address.
Those of you who have done this in the past - is this a true statement?
If so, I'm going to call whichever carrier delivers my iPhone and make sure it's held at the sorting facility so I can pick it up instead of waiting on that nonsense.
