Will you be upgrading to ios5 right away?

Will you wait until there is an untethered JB for ios5?

or will you try to preserve your base band and continue to upgrade, try out ios5 to one day possibly return to a JB 4.3.3?

I'm on 4.3.1 and 1.59.00 but wondered this same thing. I suspected that people who require unlock for cell service will hang tite, but those who preserve unlock purely for resale value may be tempted to upgrade (as I am).

Yeah I am guessing there won't ever be an unlock for 4.10.01 so im just going to go ahead and upgrade to ios5

Sorry for threadjacking, but to the OP, is 4.3.3 with 4.10.01 on i4 still an untethered Jailbreak?

I don't need the carrier unlock since I'm on official AT&T but I do want to upgrade my baseband because anytime I've upgraded to 4.3.3 and kept 1.59 BB, I was unable to get signal and had MMS issues and had to downgrade to 4.2.1

So 4.10.01 is not unlockable? Can we downgrade the baseband?

You can unlock using a Gevey. Im holding off upgrading to ios5 depending on how good the 4s is. I want to be able to sell my 4 to somebody who might use it on Tmobile.
