I was reading through the threads, and it seems that everyone who bought the AT&T off contract at an Apple Store, could unlock it.

Is there anyone who pre-ordered the phone and had it shipped to them, that also unlocked it?

I'm just wondering if only phones purchased at an Apple Store had this unlockability?
